I bought this O2 monitor to monitor my O2 and O2 drops at night to see when it happens and to try my sleep pattern or position to adjust. I have asthma and take an inhaler twice a day. This allowed me to see that I needed to adjust the timing of my inhaler to sleep better at night. It's easy to use, right out of the box. Just charge it up, install the app and follow the instructions. In a few minutes I had everything up and running. I have to say the finger part is a little tight on my thumb but a little loose on my index finger but it works. I don't notice the vibration at night when I have O2 drops but my husband said he heard it at night. I can zoom in a bit to see if I can feel it, but I don't want it to bug my husband. once a year with me to my pulmonologist. I love this and would recommend it to anyone who wants to control their O2.
