If half of the review is product and product support, I'll give 1 or zero stars for support. I'll start all of this off with the fact that the main reason I'm writing this Bought the model was that it was bolted on, I didn't want to mess with things like drilling holes in a truck frame when on paper it should have fitted exactly my truck model isn't.Useless Go -Contact Rhino said the frame was different than what they are certified for. I don't blame them for that discrepancy. But I do blame them for not doing things immediately after the fact (not one iota). First I found out I had found a way to get the included brackets working on my frame but I needed new bolts so I asked them if they could send me some bolts , and they said no. I was able to mount the step on the passenger side, but the bracket didn't fit. usually on the driver's side as the brackets supplied were not mirror images of each other which would make sense as they need to be fitted on both sides of the truck. I asked them if they could send/make me a mirror mount, they said no. So after a few months of working on this off and on, I finally trimmed the brace down just enough to fit. What a damn shame. Although I was not provided with a mount, I would at least be better off if at least some stupid screws were provided (or reimbursed) to my initial request; a minimal thing but more meaningful than a gesture. Here's how NOT to have a good relationship with your customers. Considering I did all this work to mount the footpeg, that's about the least they can do. But no. Then why didn't I just send it back? This was a consideration, but 1) I wanted to avoid sending an oversized £50 package *where* and 2) after installing the passenger-side kickstand I was too low (imo) to throw everything away and just give him back all. The stage itself gets 3 stars because the stages are too close to the truck body and therefore feel more uncomfortable than they should be.
