It's either made by the same people as my WARN hand controller or it's a reasonable fake. Thing is, my old controller still worked, but I snapped off the socket on the dash that the controller plugs into. You can buy just one socket BUT the price of this part is ridiculous. It was cheaper and you also get a new socket. Strangely, when I connected it to wires the same color as my old controller, it worked in reverse. The entrance was outside, the exit was inside. So I swapped the connection on the winch contactor terminals and everything worked again.
