A great customer support and excellent services

The platform has been able to provide us with what we need in order for our service desk operation run smoothly without too much hassle or downtime from any errors within their system itself! I would highly recommend this product if you're looking into an enterprise level software solution as it's very easy going around at all times while also being extremely user friendly so anyone can use/learn how quickly they are learning things like ticketing applications etc! It might be hard initially because there isn't really anything bad about using these type products but just make sure before hand your familiarized yourself well enough woth them first otherwise everything will go smooth sailing afterwards!!

Pros
  • I'd say that the best thing about the software is the fact that it's so easy to use and learn how to use it with the amount of help documentation that's available for it!
Cons
  • The only thing I really dislike about it is the fact that it's so easy to use and learn to use compared to other types of software out on the market!
