A great customer support and excellent services

The platform has been able to provide us with what we need in order for our service desk operation run smoothly without too much hassle or downtime from any errors within their system itself! I would highly recommend this product if you're looking into an enterprise level software solution as it's very easy going around at all times while also being extremely user friendly so anyone can use/learn how quickly they are learning things like ticketing applications etc! It might be hard initially…

Pros
  • I'd say that the best thing about the software is the fact that it's so easy to use and learn how to use it with the amount of help documentation that's available for it!
Cons
  • The only thing I really dislike about it is the fact that it's so easy to use and learn to use compared to other types of software out on the market!

Super responsive, great customer service and fast troubleshooting

We used to have issues with our server crashes all day long but now we don't ever touch them! Server management has been so easy for us since I switched everything over from another vendor who didn’t even know how it works or what they were doing wrong!! They would just randomly restart your servers if you weren'r looking at one in particular during their maintenance window - this was super frustrating because there's no way around being unable use some services like chat until after hours/days

  • Great customer service
  • Fast response time, never wait too much longer than expected.
  • Very knowledgeable reps that can quickly solve most common technical concerns faced by clients using software provided through ATS
Cons
  • I will keep silent

We have been using altru for our email archiving solution since 2014 when we first implemented it as an in house product at my previous employer (the US Army). It's worked flawlessly ever sense then! The support team has always gone above & beyond to help us with any issues or questions related directly from their platform/solution - no matter how small they may seem like something minor compared other providers out there who are more "pushy" about getting you onboard right away without giving…

  • The support is always great, the platform is always working, the pricing structure is always favorable to what is being paid for, etc
Cons
  • Nothing really to note dislike about as of now
