After purchasing these tables (I had 2 of them) I was concerned as I saw many people complaining about various things. Some about damage, some about faulty parts, some with missing parts. I assembled my 1st and it was great. Easy to assemble, durable. EXCELLENT desk. Then I opened my second one and it had NO hardware. There were no holes in the box and it was sealed so there were no screws or table tops in the box. I had to buy screws as I was stuck and couldn't wait to see if I could have replacements sent to me. I'm still hoping to get the aligners because I can't find them at the hardware store. Great product again. But the care of the product itself and QA/QC seems very lacking based on the issues I've seen in the reviews and my experience.
