It worked at first but after my printer applied the update the ink stopped working. I tried a factory reset and it didn't work. I've tried everything on this seller's page to get them working and they won't work. Question marks definitely remain. I don't even get my money back even though I bought it this year and this site says it has a 2 year guarantee. I saw someone else keep cleaning the printheads in the settings until it worked so I gave it a try and although the question marks remain it prints now.
