I was upset when I assembled the product for the first time because the upper parts were thin and kept falling off. I couldn't figure out what was going on so I called support and left a message. They called me back within 2 hours and told me I was collecting parts incorrectly. First I put the white part as a whole, then the divider on top, then the black part. IT WAS WRONG. First you need to place the divider on the base and line it up with the hole. Then you insert the white part, then the black part is inserted and fixed. I have a feeling that the people below who left bad reviews probably just ran into an issue I was having. I'm glad I could get help. I hope my post helps future buyers. Good product :-)
