The team at JCL are very professional, friendly & helpful people! They go above an beyond for their customers which makes my job as administrator/manager SO much easier!! I have never had any issues with them whatsoever (which sometimes happens when dealing wth other companies). My only issue was finding out how long it would take from ordering through payment until delivery of goods but this all changed once we hired Josh - he's such great support during that time frame too :) Would highly recommend anyone looking into hiring someone new or old who can sort logistics stuff like our business needs so easily. We also love working together because they're always there if something crops up outside office hours etcetera ;) The staff is very professional and helpful. They are always willing to work with you to find the best solution. I have been using them for many years and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable company. They are very flexible and have the best rates for shipping. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been very satisfied with them.
