The bad: After 3 months of use in my mobile home I noticed that the battery was dead despite the charger being built in and connected. I wrote to the seller and he asked me to take photos to show that when plugged in, he no longer turns on the indicator light. Then they sent me another one. After 2 months of use the new charger also stopped glowing and the battery dropped back down to 8 volts before I realized it. Maybe I was unlucky, but 2 failures were enough for me. Others seem to have better results. Pros: The sales lady, Vera from Mictuning, was very helpful, responsive and responsible. After I texted them a second time saying it failed again, they asked if I wanted another replacement or a refund. This time I took a refund. Vera's responsiveness and good attitude earned the 2nd star.
