So obviously my name is Jenny Fisher I got this laptop maybe 30 minutes ago. I set it up and there was something like where you typed your name and it said Jenny Fisher so I assumed it was a default name deleted it and typed mine. I've already had to restart it because it was stuck setting up a new browser, so when I logged in it said Jenny Fisher. Apparently the factory reset performed by this company didn't erase everything. I've seen others say they got used laptops when they should have been new. I'll take a look at the warranty now. I have already contacted the seller. God, buy with care. Update, I checked the warranty and added a picture it said it activated on 07/08/2019 as another reviewer mentioned. The seller contacted me very promptly (on the same day), but so far nothing has been clarified. We will see
