Not working properly/poor sound quality

I've had several of these headphones and after a few months of use they always broke at the end of the cord where the earbuds are. The last pair I bought broke after a few days of use. This time, the volume levels don't even match with either earbud. Something doesn't seem to connect. I will not buy it again. The quality is bad, the headphones don't work well.

Pros

You can use the remote control on the headset to play, skip, select an answer, and end a call.
