Good but a bit odd with unfilled holes
The whole point of the overlay is to cover the pipe hole and look "done". With those two holes that look like screw holes but don't have screws (and don't need screws, they push the pipe tight enough) it looks unfinished. The visible seam between the halves also contributes to the look. So it works great and is robust, but I really didn't like the look of it, so of course your taste can be different.
