Review on Stretcher Stretching Massager Scoliosis Herniated by Tara Perry

Very simple but effective back stretcher

I have tried all the little devices to help my aching back and most products help a little but not really as much as I would like. This thing is just a few pieces of (good quality) plastic and a piece of foam, but it proved to be more effective than all of the others combined. Thanks to the 3 positions, almost everyone can find the right degree of curvature that seems to suit them. I started with the lowest setting and gradually increased it, and now I just use the highest setting every time. It's almost like going to a chiropractor after lying down for a while, and it doesn't take long. A few minutes and I'm pretty drained and feeling great. I'm not sure if this is normal, but it works for me. I've never had cracks, but I'm sure it will help some people. There is no pain at all and the small spikes do not hurt but at least feel good on the back. The foam insert is very comfortable and prevents your spine from sitting directly on the hard plastic. I would be surprised if someone uses this and doesn't like it. It works really well and when taken apart it fits in any backpack or holdall to take with you so you can use it anywhere. I've been using it daily since I got it and I will probably always use it because my back has been feeling so much better lately. Great product and super simple but effective. It took a bit of experimentation to figure out where to lay on it and everyone will be a little different, but once you find the spot you will know and it will be fine. Would definitely recommend to colleagues and friends with back pain, I'm a big fan of this stuff.
