Received quickly, installed next day and was a breeze. Increased from 5 mph to 19 mph. Installation was quick too. No instructions, but you don't have to be a rocket scientist. Two components, a magnet and a wired hub. Loosen the two screws, remove the hub, then loosen the screw on the shaft and remove the old magnet. Mount the new magnet on the shaft, unscrew the hub, loosen the old one and put the new one in place. The job took 17 minutes, most of the time was spent on tools and preparation. I could have ordered a bigger magnet for more speed but 19 is fine for me. Less wear and safety first.
