It's appropriate - cycling

It seemed ideal to me. I bought it in a large size and it fits me perfectly ie. I have a very large head (7 3/4-7 7/8 is the size of a hat). There is nothing wrong with this helmet. If you have a big head like me, you might want to try buying a bigger one because he'll be comfortable in it. So measure your helmet before you buy it so you can buy one that fits you. I am very happy with this helmet. .
