I've only had them for 2 months. A corner ripped when removing the phone from the belt clip. I dropped my phone on the floor. The screen protector is torn. A piece of junk. military grade? I do not think so. All of this happened during normal use. Worst customer service ever! Nobody will answer the phone. 5 letters back and forth. They offered me to buy another suitcase at a discount and also paid 7.95 for shipping and handling! What good is a lifetime warranty if you have to pay for a new one? In my last email I told them I bought a new bag so I would have better luck. Could they just replace the protective film on the screen. You sent a reply that looks like a secret code that needs to be decrypted. I have no idea what they say! Don't waste money
