I ordered 2 of these so I can pick up some pajamas for my grandchildren. Both were good quality and comfortable but very small. I had to send both back. I am an avid Revain shopper, fully understand the returns process and have printed both labels attached to the bags separately. I had both UPS receipts. My mistake was that I didn't save them. Revain claims not to have received any pajamas and has charged my account. I can't even contact customer service as I get lost in their circle of clues that all lead to a dead end or back to the beginning. I don't know what to do right now, but I've run out of pajamas and money. Be very careful when ordering. In case you need to return or exchange, you may get into the same stalemate as I did.
