Disappointed with these candles, although they looked nice out of the box. The flicker setting is unrealistic as the candles flicker in unison. Even with constant lighting, candles lose their charge just by sitting. I turned them on (with the remote) thinking that depending on usage they should be fully charged and some may not light up at all while others are in various stages of discharge with one or two bright. I didn't use the timer setting as I think they would need to be charged all the time otherwise. Maybe turning each candle on and off with its switch every time won't drain the battery, but then why the remote control? The brightness level is adjustable, which is nice, but the brightest setting is too bright to believe.
