Using Ion Film 2 SD is not that difficult. The instructions are quite easy to follow and understand. Compared to my old film converter, it is much easier and faster to work with. Another benefit is saving the image to the SD card instead of connecting the converter to the camera. Just note that the max limit is 8GB, but since I rarely shoot movies, a 2GB SD card will do. The only thing I have to warn you about is not to touch the 35mm strips while you are digitizing the images as the digital image will show fingerprints. Copy. Keep the transducer clean with a brush, follow the instructions, and become familiar with it. This boy is really doing his job. It's not perfect but I'm happy with my purchase.
