The bonnet latches were packaged very well and even had a cool little Jeep machined aluminum grille (see picture on the box). some sort of plastic seal to protect the paintwork at the point of attachment. You seem very strong. The installation instructions are definitely missing, the photos are very small and the text is very blurry. However, no special mechanical skills are required to understand this. There are 3 Allen keys included in the kit and you will need 10mm and 13mm sockets which are not sized in the instructions. I would recommend using factory nuts as washers are not included and factory nuts have washers built in. Also, the supplied nylock nuts are very difficult to work with, especially the ones on the inside of the fender. Landing close, almost close. There is a slight adjustment at the base of the part that attaches to the hood due to the slotted holes. Even when fully adjusted, it is still so tight that there is almost metal-to-metal contact on the hood and fenders. This can eventually lead to rust. Would have given 5 stars if there was a little more customization and better installation instructions. However, overall these things seem to be very durable and have a very good fit. You will definitely never have bonnet flapping when these are installed. I would recommend them to others looking to replace the factory latches and think they're a good deal overall.
