I don't usually write reviews but this product was so disappointing I felt compelled. Funny idea that made me splurge. The darker, dimpled areas have these tiny grooves that break off into tiny shards. Smells awful when wet, possibly a stain. I've tried washing with soap twice to no avail. Most importantly, it colors the dough with that dark area as you roll it out. I don't want to eat anything that gets erased from the dough. I threw away the dough and sent the roll back. Very sad because I was really looking forward to being able to make these cute cookies.
