My trusty old office chair is worn out after 10 years. So I did a little research and decided to give this one a try. Boy am I glad I did! The chair was delivered a few days after I ordered it. All items have been individually wrapped and carefully packed. It came with all the necessary parts and tools (even a bag of extra parts - nice). The instructions are simple and clear - it took me about 15 minutes to fully assemble it myself. The fit and finish is top notch, with a fabric cushion and backrest that I think will last a lot longer than leather. In addition, the fabric is well ventilated after sitting for a long time. It's really comfortable with the molded back. You can adjust it so the chair "rocks" back and forth, or stiffen it for proper back support when working with your computer on a desk. As expected, the height adjustment is very easy. Overall it feels like a solid, high quality product that will last for years.
