I bought these discs to provide my customers with pictures and videos and the quality of the discs was very good. They read and write much faster than some of the Lexar drives I've bought from the store, although both are USB 2.0. I've written, rewritten, rewritten many times and never failed. The pivot appears to be steel, making it heavier than other similar drives I've purchased. I like it. These were the best rims I have ever bought. They came pre-formatted to FAT32, so they worked out of the box on both my Linux and Windows computers, and on a DVR that's a bit picky. I haven't tried a Mac because I don't have one.
