So when I first got it I was so excited, it was so cute, light and beautiful and it had everything I wanted in a new laptop! I left for a 10 day trip the next morning and wanted to take it with me to keep a journal along the way. I opened it, went to start windows, logged in, it said update windows, the screen went blank in the middle and after that I couldn't do anything. I called support and they couldn't help me saying it was a software issue. When I got back from my trip I contacted Revain and they replaced it and told me to return the first one. Got a second one and the same thing happened! This time I called Microsoft support and they told me about a fix that would probably solve the first issue as well, but that should have been my first red flag! The picture is gorgeous and did I mention it's so cute? In everyday use I didn't have too many problems, the download speed was good but not terrible. UNTIL my son went to school. Whenever we use Zoom or any other video conferencing app, everything comes to an abrupt halt. Pages take a long time to load, video freezes constantly, sound is very choppy, obviously doesn't work. So, I'm guessing I'm under 90 days, right? Too bad I didn't have enough "computers", some specifications are not powerful enough to run zoom and video conferencing applications. That's what I get when I try to go cheap. So I will return it, no you only have 30 days to return it. However, it is under guarantee. Contact HP support, they say it's software again, try to give me a paid support number to help me with my zoom issue. NO. This is not a zoom issue. This is a laptop issue, I have other devices that work fine with zoom, thanks. So you want me to run a diagnostic test that should have appeared on my computer. No not there ok download done run as administrator now done I can't open you need to run as administrator yes I did let me try again yes same error run it as an admin, YES I did it, try again, same thing, and now I get it over and over again. 1:14 a.m. Connection interrupted. Try connecting again. 1:14 connection. 1:14 connection. A support representative will be arriving shortly. 1:16 Connection lost. Try connecting again. 1:16 connection. 1:16 connection. A support representative will be arriving shortly. 1:17 Connection lost. Try connecting again. Throughout the conversation I kept getting this message (I have another laptop that has no problems) that my internet is fine, I'm here, I'm on about 10 other websites and I'm not having any connection problems with them. HP support only. So yeah I'm done. And tomorrow I'll get Revane and I'll make hell until I get him back. I'm so sad but I wish it was great. it was so cute I would like it if you would do without video messages? However, DO NOT rely on HP Support for help! To be honest I don't think I will ever buy an HP product again, I have an HP printer that I've been having issues with since I've had it and I'm carrying another HP laptop with me this week JUST working, brand new and battery received not working. didn't even take 5 hours. So I'm just saying. Much luck!
