I like that they are constantly updating their content so it's always fresh! It is very user friendly, easy to navigate through all of your courses offered by them as well!! There really isn't anything i don;t love about this program overall but if you have any questions feel free ask me because we do not offer customer service from our side at least when compared with other companies in my opinion.
