When I turned 70, my daughter and son-in-law gave me my first Fitbit. It broke within 8 months but the company graciously stuck to their policy and sent me a new one. I've been using my little tracker for five years and 9 months ago I decided to buy the Versa Lite because it's bigger than the little one I was using. Unfortunately, as has happened to many people, I have become addicted to seeing my steps, burning my energy, and worse, seeing my heartbeat when it's abnormal, which is more common now that I'm older. At this point, the company informs me that they have not received my Fitbit since November 17th when I shipped it (it is damaged). So, I, the customer, don't have my tracker but they have my fitbit and my money, they blame the delivery company for the delay. What is my fault if they chose a cheap delivery service (sent me a postage stamp)? Is anyone reading this who knows a better tracker? Please help me and let me know your recommendations. Many Thanks.
