Didn't even last 12 months.

It's only been 10 months and yesterday it stopped working! The screen is blank but slightly lit. Tried to charge to increase. Nothing. He's dead and useless. A lot of money for a product that doesn't even last a year :(

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • No instructions

Fitbit customer service sucks

We've only had issues with it. Now it doesn't sink at all. At first, Fitbit tried to say my husband's phone was too old. So we updated his phone to Apple 10. It still doesn't work, they just keep chasing us! Fitbit, you suck

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Not bad but...

Easy to use; pleasant motivator; Motion Sensor

Screen size and icons are good for people with big fingers. The battery drains a little faster if you set it to activity tracking, but I'm on day 5 and it's only 46%. I don't like sleeping with a watch on, but once I tried it out, Fitbit seemed to track my sleep pretty well. But it also records my nightly movements in the form of steps, which it also does when washing my hands, driving on a bumpy road, or generally doing anything that moves your wrist.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Available in white only

BATTERY DISCHARGE AFTER ONLY 17 MONTHS

I have bought 4 different Fitbits over the years. I also started to lose battery life after it lasted less than a year and 5 months! I have sent several emails back and forth regarding this issue. I was told the warranty was expired and given a 35% discount on my next purchase. I told them I saw no point in buying another Fitbit just to have them do it again, no matter the cost. I was hoping to get a replacement even though my warranty had expired. I would not recommend it to anyone and I will…

Pros
  • Trial for a year
Cons
  • Doubtful

Worst Fitbit service

When I turned 70, my daughter and son-in-law gave me my first Fitbit. It broke within 8 months but the company graciously stuck to their policy and sent me a new one. I've been using my little tracker for five years and 9 months ago I decided to buy the Versa Lite because it's bigger than the little one I was using. Unfortunately, as has happened to many people, I have become addicted to seeing my steps, burning my energy, and worse, seeing my heartbeat when it's abnormal, which is more common…

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • boring packaging

Good at first but not worth the cost

Hopefully writing this review will help someone save time and money. I've had various Fitbit watches over the years and while the downside has its upsides in the beginning, I've had to go through 3 of them in less than 2 years. The watch runs for around 6-8 months and then problems start to appear - one of the biggest for me was that the auto tracker for your daily workout/activity just stopped working. I liked the Fitbit app, but when I have to manually add my daily workouts because the watch…

Pros
  • Pretty impressive
Cons
  • Negative experience

FITBIT DON'T CARE ABOUT ITS PRODUCTS

02/23/2020 I bought a Fitbit Versa Lite smartwatch. The watch worked perfectly about 3 weeks ago. Then the sync problems started. It got to the point where I had to take it off my wrist to sync it. Then after a few tries it finally syncs. The more annoying thing that started at the same time is the loss of time between syncs. For example, I usually sleep about 7.5 hours, and at night the time shows 30-40 minutes slower. So I reported these issues to Fitbit Support and asked for a replacement…

  • Wow

  • boring packaging
