This is a review of Love and Hate. The product itself is awesome when it works. Best mount for big phones like iPhone 6-7 PLUS and Galaxy Note. The problem is that the hands holding the phone can eventually fail. With Kensington's excellent customer support, that shouldn't be a problem, right? That's where the real problem lies. First you need to register on Kensington.com and the support area. ASK A QUESTION? Here you describe the problem and you will receive an e-mail answer within a few days. NO, you cannot reply to an email, you must log into the Kensingtons support site and there you can see the status of your request. I bought 2 mounts in October 2016. When I applied, I provided proof of purchase (receipt) and my postal address. I received a message that they would like to verify my mailing address that I just provided and they need my device serial number. This product does NOT have a serial number on the product. Note that the manufacturer of the product tells me they need a serial number that doesn't exist, and this information supports my claim. Another call to support later. it was agreed. The support rep was very understanding and apologetic and I appreciate that. But this follow-up call was not to be. The only email I should have received was . We apologize for the inconvenience, the replacement item is in transit to the address you provided. Period. Estimated delivery time 10+ days. So I was forced to buy a replacement with Prime. Come on Kensington, you need to simplify this process.
