I bought this chair to use in my shop, concrete floors. The chair is comfortable but rolls poorly and the wheel broke after a few days. I had this problem with another chair and ordered roller skate style wheels (much softer and easier to roll). I installed these new casters and after using this chair for a few days (about 4 hours) I noticed that one of the wheels was not rolling well. I turned the chair over and found that the part of the chair holding the wheel was broken. If I wasn't holding the steering wheel. I contacted Amazon (who I bought from) and they put me in touch with a manufacturer that has a guarantee. I sent them the requested information, they approved my "claim" and asked where I would like to send the parts, I gave them the address of my gun shop and got a response that my "claim" has now been denied. They stated that this was denied due to replacing the wheel casters, but they approved my "claim" based on the photo I sent. I was only turned down after asking to ship the parts to the gun shop. I wasn't even given the opportunity to buy the part, just told to go (not many words).
