Review on Fobi by Josh Elkins

I like how easy it is to create my own bot with fobot! It's super simple once you get used to creating basic templates for each of their sections (like "about" or FAQ). You can also customize things such as what buttons appear in which section etc., but there are tons of options that make this process fairly straightforward even if customization isn't something you're interested in doing at first. The only thing i dislike about using fobo is when someone sends me an email asking questions they already have answered by one our existing products/pages - because those answers don't show up until after we've created new content specifically tailored towards answering these types of queries from customers who use other tools than ours. We realized early-on just how many different ways people could be searching online so having multiple websites was essential; however without being able to integrate all platforms seamlessly it would not work out very well since no matter where somebody searches now they will end up seeing us regardless of.
