Fobi Review

I like how easy it is to create my own bot with fobot! It's super simple once you get used to creating basic templates for each of their sections (like "about" or FAQ). You can also customize things such as what buttons appear in which section etc., but there are tons of options that make this process fairly straightforward even if customization isn't something you're interested in doing at first. I like that it is easy to add new questions with forms without writing code! It's also really well organized for how you can create different types of conversations (such as "What are some things we should consider when deciding which product or service?"). The interface could be more intuitive - there were times where i couldn't find what was supposed click in order get something done because my search results returned too many options/pages at once- so maybe have an easier way just show all…
