I was bummed, this is a much better build and design of another I have with a much lower weight rating. Unfortunately my 2010 Jeep Wrangler JKU doesn't have the flat 2" wide metal space needed for the black rubber pads to rest on. It does fit on my 2008 Scion XB, so I'll keep it in that car for when we travel with a rooftop bag making it easier to access stuff in the middle. It is very stable compared to our old one. A word of caution the angled corbel fits solid in the step, but careful you don't hit it with a knee while stepping up and knock it ajar. Really nice step folds down reasonably small ans stores in the included drawstring bag. The photos I shared are how it fits the Jeep and not the Scion.Hopefully this was helpful, Thank you!
