
I've been tracking my fat loss (height and weight) both without PAGG and with PAGG by following a slow carb 4HB diet. I didn't notice any significant difference in my losses on the PAGG stack. It may actually work for some people. Perhaps the fact that you're taking one capsule four times a day acts like a placebo effect, making people take responsibility for what they should already be doing for a healthy lifestyle.
