I really liked this knee orthosis. It was very comfortable, very adaptable and very supportive. BUT, it has absolutely NO ventilation, it's very thick and very hot. Sweated a lot underneath. But the big problem is the seam on the right side of the braces. It runs down the sides and slots in from the bottom, and INSIDE the top and bottom of the brace creates a point of friction that actually caused open sores on my leg after only wearing it twice. It was so bad I had to send it back. Luckily, Revains' excellent returns process makes it easy.
