It does not work ! on Computer and Accessories

Workstation keeps showing the following error message on USB: You are not using a high-speed USB connection (480 Mbps), so be aware that the video will be very slow. n Regardless of whether I use USB or 3, the same error message. I have a KVM over USB adapter plugged into one of the dongles and the other dongle is plugged into a USB port on my workstation. Not what I expected. any advice?
