Requirements for dim lamps.
1. This is not a medium sized light as described. There isn't even a lamp with an intermediate base. Looks like a candelabra lightbulb.2. The bottom panel doesn't cover the entire box, so when you put it on the stairwell, it looks like garbage.3. The tab that attaches it to the wall isn't installed, so you'll have to adjust the middle washer until it finally sits flush. The amount of light is terrible, even with an equivalent 75W LED bulb. I'm sure something other than a candelabra lightbulb would be safer. I go straight to the trash can.
