Works very well. We used this in a commercial toilet where the grout hadn't been cleaned in over ten years. It removed 95% of the dirt and grease left on a dirty mop after years of use by the cleaning crew. He will probably get the remaining 5% on his second application, but unfortunately we used up all of that in a relatively small space. I asked if it was available in gallons and got a quick response from the seller, but it's only sold by the liter and its price doesn't allow for large quantities. It would be great for a private bathroom or small kitchen, but forty dollars for two liters is too high a price for a big job.
