The best thing about this service is how easy it makes self serve! It's super intuitive, I have no problem getting used to using their app or website as well (it works great for both).
Sometimes when you're trying something new there are some steps that may take longer than others but nothing too frustratingly bad here like other services we've tried before so far everything has been pretty smooth sailing thusfar with them - which isn't always true of all these types apps/websites in general anyways :) They do offer paperless billing options now if needed though they aren’t required at time being however since our office does not currently use an online portal system yet still needs invoices sent out etc., having those available helps us get through any problems quicker by simply requesting bills via email rather then waiting weeks till after things settle down again.
