I am 5ft 7in and weigh 155lbs. This is the average size. I like the pattern and it's really comfortable. It helps hide back fat which is a huge plus! Inside is a bra. It has its own lock. I'm sure it helps with the support, but it doesn't really - so I guess it means it's comfortable.
