They are very transparent about their workflows (or lack thereof) as well has giving you examples of how they would solve your issue if it were in production today! Their customer service team can be slow at times but will always get back within 24 hrs/hours during business hours for support questions or tickets that need more attention than just an automated reply from them after submission!! Definitely do not procrastinate when submitting issues through chat instead waiting until someone responds directly via email vs ticketing system. If I am having any trouble solving my problem by myself using other options available online such searching forums etc., i know right away where else should reach out too since this particular product seems like its been abandoned so have no idea who's going take care off me now unless there still actively working behind closed doors :) I can't think of anything that I dislike about this software. It has everything we need for our department. It's not too complicated but it's enough to get us going without making it too complex. The customer support is exceptional. They are always available and quick to respond. If you're looking for an excellent solution that will save time and money, try this out! We have been able to complete tasks in one place instead of having to do them on multiple different applications.
