Easy to handle, reliable software that works perfectly across devices (PC & mobile). Support is unbeatable! They are always willing to help you out if there’s an issue in your account or with some of our files. Sometimes it can take few days more than normal because they have been under heavy workload this year due to Covid19 situation but overall I don't think any complain about them as long time customer so far. It supports docx word format only which really makes no difference since we mostly make presentations using Microsoft Powerpoint Presentation tool anyway. Also sometimes when sharing documents via email link the presentation gets auto uploaded as well. This would just require me manually editing my upload list from time to time to avoid unwanted attachments like ppt/pptx etc. If nothing else please get support tickets option available right away once you log into their website without having to send private message first. We're solving problems related to documentation process including making sure all required information is shared among team members before delivering final deliverables. It is very easy to use and has all the necessary features that you need as a project manager. I like how well it integrates with Google Drive and Dropbox. The platform offers a lot of room for improvement, however, it's not too difficult to get used to. You can use it in multiple languages. The price is also quite reasonable compared to other similar platforms. We use this tool to store our documents, manage them and share them with our team members.
