Perfect loaves the first time.

Made Pullman loaf using my Vienna bread recipe. Bread baked very evenly with a golden crust. Loaf just slipped out of the pan that I coated with a small amount of butter. Extremely easy to clean. The rippled surfaces of the pan gave the bread crust an interesting effect. Very happy with this pan.

Pros

Just made a perfect milk soft loaf using this and it just looks like the one in the ad image :)

Cons

The pan may not be suitable for baking other types of bread due to its specific size and shape
