Made Pullman loaf using my Vienna bread recipe. Bread baked very evenly with a golden crust. Loaf just slipped out of the pan that I coated with a small amount of butter. Extremely easy to clean. The rippled surfaces of the pan gave the bread crust an interesting effect. Very happy with this pan.

I've had this pan for over a year now. I'm an experienced baker and take good care of my baking equipment. Initially, the pan was fantastic. It feels well made, it's sturdy, it was nonstick, and the size was perfect. A few months in, the inner paint and coating started coming off onto my loaves. Now, my loaves stick to the sides, leaving behind crusty bread in the grooves that's difficult to clean off. I have 2 pans that are like this now. I'm disappointed and want a refund. I was hesitant to purchase this loaf pan considering the price, but I’m happy I did. My first loaf came out beautifully, evenly baked and with a nice golden color. I used cooking spray inside and on the lid, no sticking whatsoever. There was also no dough residue so I decided to just wipe it off instead of washing it. Highly recommended!

Perfect pan with lid to make bread in my 6.5 quart Ninja Foodi. I also tried this pan with the lid in my home oven. Bread was perfect from both baking ovens (home oven and Ninja Foodi bake cycle/function). I coat the interior surface with a spray oil before adding bread dough. I wash and dry the pan and lid by hand. No issues to report. Package arrived on time and free of shipping damage. I am pleased with this purchase.

OMG if you love fresh bread this pan is a must. This load pan makes break loaves the perfect size and shape for sandwiches. I started a sour dough starter in Jan 2021 and wanted to get into sourdough bread baking. I work too much to take 2 days to bake some bread. I found a recipe using discard and regular yeast. I cam whip up a loaf in about 2hrs. While its not lole sourdough bread, it has amzing flavor. After a few months my gf got this pan. Its very sturdy and of high quality. Ive used it once a week for about 5 months. I use nonstick spray and wipe it out with a paper towel to clean it up. I havent really washed

The Pan is pretty good overall. Durable, mostly nonstick but sometimes need to scrub things out. Water does get caught inside the lip which is annoying so after I wash it, I sometimes bake it to dry.

Love the loaves that come out of these pans. They never stick, the pans don’t warp, they are easy to clean, and they stack to take up less space in my cabinet.

Great pan for naturally fermented sourdough bread, just make sure to butter pan throughly before baking. Makes a nice square loaf using a combination of 450 grams of whole wheat, bread flour, and all purpose flour.

This is the perfect size bread pan for making a perfect sandwich. All the other bread pans makes much smaller size bread slices so I went with this one. I’m so glad I did. If you want to make a good hearty sandwich, you need this one. The loaves comes out perfectly cooked with soft moist bread inside and a nice chewy crust.

Very easy to use & clean. The baked bread comes out of the pan like magic. The loaf is a bit small but delicious. That's my feedback.

It is easy to use and clean. Can bake a bread in a perfect shape. Can also be used as a container for the bread since it has a cover. I like the product and highly recommend it.

Works well. I have used it twice without the lid and like the large loaf with a rounded top. I buttered the pan as directed and the loaves fall out easily.

This is my second purchase, as I liked the first so much. I like to bake multiple loaves. I follow the instructions and butter the sides before I put the dough in. I have no problems. Bread comes right out. I clean the pan right away. Super easy. I love it!

We expected the pan to be slightly bigger. Overall it works good, but the paint below get scrapped pretty easily. Just pay attention to that too.

It works great but I did take one star off just because even though it did have the dimensions listed the picture makes it seem larger than what it really is. It's a small loaf pan not large enough for 3 loaves of bread the way the picture makes it appear to be.
