Perfect for homemade sandwich breads

This pan works perfectly for my homemade sourdough sandwich style bread.And the loaf almost falls out when done; the non-stick works very well (I do put a coat of butter on the inside of the pan), turn the pan upside down over your cooling rack, give a bit of a shake, and the loaf comes right out of the pan.

  • Helps ensure evenly cooked bread, no matter what kind of oven it is baked in

  • The product may not be as versatile as advertised, with limited use for recipes other than traditional bread loaves

Works as described.

This is my first Pullman pan, and I am very happy with the product, very sturdy for a large loaf of bread. Heats evenly, bread is browned on all 4 sides, easy to open the lid for different types of bread. Cleans easily. Some recipes suggest spraying the pan to prevent sticking, I have not needed to do that as the bread does not stick, no need for additional oil, etc.

Pros
  • Can be used for French bread, sourdough, oatmeal bread, and more
Cons
  • The cover may be awkward to handle when hot, potentially causing burns
