Perfect for homemade sandwich breads
This pan works perfectly for my homemade sourdough sandwich style bread.And the loaf almost falls out when done; the non-stick works very well (I do put a coat of butter on the inside of the pan), turn the pan upside down over your cooling rack, give a bit of a shake, and the loaf comes right out of the pan.

- Helps ensure evenly cooked bread, no matter what kind of oven it is baked in

- The product may not be as versatile as advertised, with limited use for recipes other than traditional bread loaves
