Nice Bread making Pan

Perfect pan with lid to make bread in my 6.5 quart Ninja Foodi. I also tried this pan with the lid in my home oven. Bread was perfect from both baking ovens (home oven and Ninja Foodi bake cycle/function). I coat the interior surface with a spray oil before adding bread dough. I wash and dry the pan and lid by hand. No issues to report. Package arrived on time and free of shipping damage. I am pleased with this purchase.

did what i wanted, made various shokupan and brioche. let rise to 1cm below the top if baking with lid on. let rise to 1-2 cm above top if baking with lid off.
