LOVE this pan - my new review

I started a sour dough starter in Jan 2021 and wanted to get into sourdough bread baking. I work too much to take 2 days to bake some bread. I found a recipe using discard and regular yeast. I cam whip up a loaf in about 2hrs. While its not lole sourdough bread, it has amzing flavor. After a few months my gf got this pan. Its very sturdy and of high quality. Ive used it once a week for about 5 months. I use nonstick spray and wipe it out with a paper towel to clean it up. I havent really washed it with soap yet bc wiping cleans it up really good with no residue. I havent experienced chipping or the finish wearing down yet. Overall id buy it again and im planning to buy other sizes from this company also.
