I wanted to make bread for grilled cheeses . . .

I wanted bread the cheese would fit, LOL; never knew how and then one day looking for a loaf pan, I spotted this pan . . . I couldn't stop thinking about it . . . so one day when I actually had a few dollars after bills, I grabbed it . . . finally I decided to try it, so I followed guidelines to make it last a long, long time. make some fresh butter and then crossed my fingers that the bread maker had a couple more loaves of life. I am trying to find one that makes butter like mine without much luck since my back doesn't like the kneading anymore.Success! Wonderful. I love it!

Pros
  • Having to adjust my cooking times a bit. But the pan cooks evenly
Cons
  • The loaf baked in the pan may not be as crusty as one would like due to the cover trapping in moisture
