Review on KAI by Lance Levatte

I like that it's very adaptable depending if you are trying out new features or have questions about something specific; there is always someone around who can help answer any question right away! It doesn't feel as intuitive at first glance but once used its not too hard of an interface - just needs some practice!! We've been able solve issues related directly from users (such as asking them how much time we should be using their product) all while still being friendly enough so others don’t find us annoying when interacting through our bot/bot assistant tool via WhatsApp etc..
